These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ShrimpSandwich ("the Service," "we," "us"), a professional network intelligence tool operated by Exec Functions. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ShrimpSandwich is a private, invitation-only web application that allows users to upload their LinkedIn connection exports, search and filter contacts using AI-powered queries, enrich contact data (location, industry, company description) via web research, and export enriched contact lists. The Service is designed for professional relationship management and business development purposes.
The Service is invitation-only. You may only create an account if you have received an invitation from an administrator. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
You retain ownership of the contact data you upload ("Your Data"). By uploading Your Data you grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you. We will not sell, share, or use Your Data for any purpose other than operating the Service. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time directly via Settings → Account → "Delete my account and all data," or by contacting us at the address below.
You represent and warrant that you have a lawful basis to upload and process the personal data included in Your Data, and that doing so complies with applicable data protection laws (including the GDPR where applicable).
The Service uses third-party AI and web-search APIs (including Tavily and Anthropic Claude) to enrich contact data with publicly available information such as location, industry, and company descriptions. Enrichment results are derived from publicly accessible web sources and are provided on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee accuracy. You are responsible for verifying enriched data before relying on it for business decisions.
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Your Data), is owned by or licensed to Exec Functions and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of the Service or its underlying technology to you.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance windows, upgrades, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
Access to the Service may be subject to subscription fees as communicated to you at the time of invitation or account setup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that enrichment results are accurate, complete, or up to date.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Exec Functions and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, without prior notice. You may terminate your account and delete all associated data at any time directly via Settings → Account → "Delete my account and all data," or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will delete any remaining data within 30 days of account termination, unless retention is required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
